The project outcomes were presented at NATO EOD Demonstrations and Trials 2023 on 11th October 2023 in Bratislava in Slovakia. The NATO EOD Centre of Excellence (EOD COE) organizes the 7th NATO EOD Demonstrations and Trials 2023, a two-day event on a biennial basis. The leading theme of the event is “Future EOD Development in Light of the Modern Conflicts and Technological Progress,” as a challenge for EOD/IEDD experts, scientists, producers, industry, and SMEs involved in the fight against terrorism. Bringing together the operational requirements, armaments, and technological EOD-related entities from NATO and partner nations is considered a regular need for CNAD DAT POW to create solutions/ways ahead and to transfer them into reality.
Kick-off meeting APVV “Strengthening the resilience of key infrastructure elements using advances in 3D modeling – REMAKE-3D”
On 29th of September 2023, in Zilina, Slovakia, at the University of Zilina, the kick-off meeting for the new university national APVV project was coordinated by the Faculty of Security Engineering Prof. Zdeněk Dvořák was organised. During the meeting the related SPS NATO IRIS project was presented.
Round Table at the 2023 IEEE MetroLivEnv Workshop
The project IRIS was presented on 27 May 2022 during the round table on the 2023 IEEE International Workshop on Metrology for Living Environment held in Cosenza in Italy.
The MetroLivEnv Round Table is a space for structured and meaningful dialogue between researchers and stakeholders of International, European and National projects to create a multi-disciplinary network of experts and to identify the future of measurement technologies in the living and built environment framework with related applications.
