The third project meeting from 16 October to 20 October 2023 held on University of Zilina in Slovakia. At the meeting all partners from the project IRIS were presents, namely: University of Zilina – Lucia Figuli, Zdeněk Dvořák, Michal Miške, University of Sannio – Pasquale Daponte, Luca DeVito, University of University of Cassino and Southern Lazio – Erika Ottaviano, University of Rome “La Sapienza” Cecilia Rinaldi, Marianna Crognale, Military University of Technology – Konrad Wojtowicz, Przemyslaw Wojciechowski and from Universiapolis – Amine Bendarma, Maciej Klosák.
The meeting brought the fruitful discussion how to proceed in the project, we made recap of the report of the milestone 2, spoke about the challenges for milestones 3, working on the WP2 and WP3: Data collection – case studies, developing of physical and data driven models, design and development of robotic solutions for automatic or guided inspection – results and outcomes, monitoring using of UAV.
We made a technical visit to one of the case studies in Slovakia – Bytča bridge.
We dedicated to the IRIS suggestions and guidelines for survey and reconstruction in Morocco after the recent Marrakech earthquake.
Last part of the meeting was dedicated to the current conditions and problems in the dissemination activities plan, quality plan, and financial management plan.
